Sambay Estate: one of the known estates of bihar with large amount of land property. Now after the demise of the eldest son of Rameshwar babu, Sri nawal babu. The head of sambay family is Kaushal babu, branch manager of a multi national company, with his two sons kushang and kanishk.

Tekari Raj Ghosi Estate Hathua Maharaj: in Saran District of Bihar, they are close kin of Deoria situated Tamukhi Raaj. Currently its Maharaja is Sri Mrighendra Pratap Sahi is an Industrialist. He is honourly situated with the great zamindar estate the Sambay family.

Hardi Estate Parihans Estate: situated in Gaya District

Tamkuhi Raaj : in Deoria District of EAST UP .One of the oldest hereditory rajas for more than 117 generations.
